OKOLab - Microscope Stage Gas Chamber
The micro-environmental Gas Chamber is designed to securely fit on the microscope stage, providing a hosting space for the sample. Situated within the enclosure, the Gas Chamber operates at the set point temperature, typically maintained at 37°C. Its primary function is to establish a controlled environment around the sample, enclosing it within a small volume filled with humidified gas of the desired concentration.
To utilise the Temperature Unit in Sample Feedback Mode, carefully insert the provided temperature sensor into the Gas Chamber. This can be achieved through either the designated temperature sensor port or one of the built-in perfusion holes. Once inserted, position the temperature sensor in a reference well within the Gas Chamber to ensure accurate temperature monitoring.
