Full Description
The highly sensitive Jenoptik Gryphax Rigel, with a 1/1.2” chip capable of HD resolutions while providing highly sensitive 0.6-megapixel capture. For fast capture, low light, monochrome fluorescence imaging.
The Rigel features two main capture resolutions, one for comfortable and HD imaging, the other for ultra-fast capture in slow motion or live mode:
960 x 600 (0.6 megapixels @ 120 fps)
1920 x 1200 (2.3 megapixels @ 25 fps)
Featuring a respectable pixel size of 5.86 microns, this sensor can achieve low signal to noise imaging at the fastest of speeds.
Interface and Connections
Jenoptik cameras come in a tough aluminium frame, this case is solid unlike other cameras and can help increase the longevity of the camera. With a photocoupler trigger out for non-interference output for TTL signals.
Each camera has the same case and appearance, with a common C-Mount adapter to connect. Each camera uses a high throughput USB 3.0 interface, this ensures both flexibility and interface longevity.
